Donya is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and an Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework - that is, a body and voice nerd! She has been involved with Barbershop for her whole life, and has been teaching and coaching for 30+ years. She's also a songwriter, arranger, and producer of learning tracks. She currently sings in Evergreen District championship quartet Metzin' Around with her husband Phil and two brothers, Mark and Tom, and is the Performance Director of Vancouver's newest mixed chorus, VanCity Harmony. Donya recently opened her own private somatic therapy practice, Embodied Healing Therapy.
